Returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item, subject to the conditions below. Customers in the European Union also retain any mandatory cancellation and consumer rights that apply to them.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in the condition in which you received it and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
Hygiene and personal-care items
For hygiene reasons, certain sealed personal-care products may not be returnable after the seal has been broken, where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include your order number and, if helpful, photos of the issue so we can review it.
How to request a return
Email Tgadgetgoat@gmail.com or use our Contact page before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent to an address without prior return instructions may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once an accepted return has been received and inspected, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
