Processing & delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on destination, product availability and the carrier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided after ordering are estimates and can change.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information by email after dispatch. It can take some time before the carrier shows the first update.

Split shipments

Items in one order may occasionally ship separately and arrive at different times.

Customs & import charges

International orders can be subject to customs procedures, duties or taxes in the destination country. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed once fulfilment has started or the parcel has shipped.
